The center is equipped with over 500 sets of advanced R&D equipment and more than 200 technical personnel. The center actively promotes the establishment and popularization of industry standards for plant extracts, including undertaking national science and technology development projects, formulating various industry standards, and participating in the compilation of method standards for plant extracts in the United States Pharmacopeia (USP). JIAHERB Natural Products Technology Center possesses strict and efficient analytical and testing capabilities and has been awarded the ISO17025 laboratory accreditation. Adhering to the principles of strict standards and efficient execution, the center is fully committed to building an internationally leading analytical and testing system. It is equipped with over 400 sets of large and medium-sized testing equipment, including Agilent inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometers. Waters high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC) instrument, Agilent gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) instrument, Waters HPLC instrument, irradiation residue detector, Kama fully automatic thin-layer chromatograph, etc. With these advanced and efficient analytical devices, the center is capable of conducting precise detection and tracking of key items such as routine physical and chemical indicators, active ingredients, solvent residues, pesticide residues, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, heavy metal elements, pyrrolidinidine base, plasticizers, aflatoxins, ethylene oxide, mineral oil, and liquid phase fingerprint spectra. For pesticide residues, the company has the ability to test up to 500 types of pesticide residues, which can comprehensively and systematically control product quality and safety, provide key data support for product safety assessment, and offer consumers safe and reliable product guarantees.
